Step-by-Step Instructions:

Trim Fascia for Receiver Tube:
- Follow these steps to trim the fascia:
- Measure the distance from the tow hook bolt center to the ground.
- Subtract 3/4" (0.750") from the measurement obtained in Step 1.
- Measure the difference up to the front of the fascia and mark this location.
- Mark 3-1/4" up from the lower mark.
- Find the center of the fascia (left to right) and mark 1-5/8" on each side to create a 3-1/4" square.
- Drill (4) 3/8" holes at the corners of the square.
- Carefully cut out the 3-1/4" square from the fascia.
Note: Consult the vehicle owner before trimming.
- Follow these steps to trim the fascia:

Remove Tow Hook Fasteners:
- Remove the flange nuts securing the tow hooks:
- Passenger Side: Loosen the bolt until it is flush with the inboard frame rail.
- Driver Side: Remove the bolt completely and keep for reinstallation.
- Remove the flange nuts securing the tow hooks:

Raise the Hitch into Position:
- Lift the hitch into place and push both tow hook bolts through the brackets to support the hitch.
- Note: If interference occurs with the bumper support, loosen (do not remove) and raise the bumper for extra clearance.

Install Handle Nuts and Bolts:
- Tape the spacers (Item 3) to the handle nuts (Item 4).
- Bend and insert the handle nuts through the access holes in the frame.
- Secure the hitch using:
- 1/2”-13 x 1.5” hex bolts (Item 1)
- 1/2” conical washers (Item 2).

Final Tightening and Torque:
- Tighten all fasteners to the specified torque:
- 1/2" Grade 5 bolts: 50 lb-ft (68 N-m).
- M12 Class 10.9 bolts: 92 lb-ft (125 N-m).
- Caution: Hold the handle nuts in place to prevent rotation during tightening.
- Tighten all fasteners to the specified torque:

Re-tighten Bumper Support (If Loosened):
- If the bumper support was loosened in Step 3, re-tighten it.
Hardware List:
- (2) 1/2”-13 x 1.5” Hex Bolts
- (2) 1/2” Conical Washers
- (2) Spacers (1-1/2” x 2”)
- (2) Handle Nuts (1/2”-13)
- (1) Flat Washer (optional, if needed)
Safety Notes:
- Check the hitch regularly to ensure all fasteners are tight and components are sound.
- If the hitch is removed, plug all holes in body panels to prevent water or exhaust fumes from entering.
- Warning: Do not exceed the vehicle’s Front Gross Axle Weight Rating (GAWR).
- Maximum Cargo Capacity: 500 lbs.
- Maximum Winch Line Pull: 9,000 lbs.
