The ModuLite® HD Plus Protector is a universal ModuLite designed to be used on most vehicles, including hard-to-wire vehicles. It draws power directly from the vehicle battery and uses less than 5mA of the vehicle circuit for sensing to turn the trailer functions on and off. This unit is rated for up to 4.2 amps for Turns/Stops circuits and 7.5 amps for the Taillight circuit. It is compatible with both LED and incandescent bulbs for both the vehicle and trailer. The ModuLite® HD Plus Protector has integrated re-settable Short Circuit and Overload protection to safeguard itself and the tow vehicle from shorts and installation wiring mishaps. It is designed not to send feedback through the vehicle circuits and will override hazard lamps when the brake is activated. This advanced circuitry works in all standard applications as well as vehicles with ST and STT pulse width modulation (PWM) systems. It can be used on a 2-wire or 3-wire system and includes an integrated protective cover.

Primus® IQ, Proportional Brake Controller for Trailers with 1-3 Axles, Grey

A totally proportional electric trailer brake control, the new Primus®IQ is self-leveling, so no level adjustment is necessary. Utilizing the primary sensor technology from Prodigy®, the Primus®IQ now includes the Boost feature that gives users the ability to apply more initial trailer braking when towing heavier trailers. It works proportionally in reverse for backing into tough spots and includes a snap-in dash mounting clip and removable electrical connector that allows the unit to be quickly stored when not in use. You will appreciate the digital readout depicting a secure electrical connection, the amount of voltage delivery to the trailer brakes, and the diagnostic features incorporated in the LED display.
