Step-by-Step Instructions:

Prepare Frame Rail:
- If the vehicle has a heat shield, remove one (1) screw from the bottom of the frame rail so the bracket will sit flat on the frame. Return the screw to the vehicle owner.

Fishwire Fasteners (if required):
- For vehicles without existing weldnuts, fishwire 1/2"-13 GR5 carriage bolts and spacer blocks through the access holes in the frame as shown in the diagram.

Position Hitch:
- Raise the hitch into position, aligning it with the frame rails.

Install Fasteners:
- For vehicles with weldnuts, install the provided M12 x 1.75 CL10.9 bolts with conical toothed washers into the existing weldnuts.
- For vehicles without weldnuts, secure the hitch using carriage bolts, spacer blocks, and hex nuts as shown in the diagram.

Tighten All Fasteners:
- Tighten 1/2"-13 GR5 fasteners to 75 lb-ft (102 N*m).
- Tighten M12 x 1.75 CL10.9 bolts to 92 lb-ft (125 N*m).

Ensure Proper Clearance:
- Ensure the hitch is positioned correctly and that the wiring harness located inside the passenger's side frame rail is not pinched or sandwiched between the frame rail and fasteners.
Torque Specifications:
- 1/2"-13 GR5 bolts: 75 lb-ft (102 N*m)
- M12 x 1.75 CL10.9 bolts: 92 lb-ft (125 N*m)
