Step-by-Step Instructions:

Remove Existing Hardware:
- For all trucks, remove the two inner bolts along the bottom of the bumper using an Allen wrench.
- For 4x4 trucks, remove the four (2 each side) 12mm bolts securing the frame reinforcement to the frame above the leaf spring.

Install Frame Brackets:
- Position the left and right frame brackets (A and B) with the flanges pointing outward over the holes where the hardware was removed.
- Install bolts (D), lock washers (H), serrated washers (J), and nuts (I).
- For 4x4 trucks, use the existing nuts in the reinforcement brackets.
- For 2WD trucks, use the existing nut in the frame.
- Note: Extra nuts and washers may remain in the parts bag after installation for 4x4 trucks.

Install Center Section:
- Position the center section (C) between the frame brackets (A) and (B). Adjust the rear end of the hitch to sit just below the bumper.
- Install bolts (D) through the center section and frame brackets. Secure with lock washers (H) and nuts (I).

Attach Bumper Bar:
- Align the holes in bar (K) at the rear end of the hitch with the bolt holes in the bottom of the bumper.
- Install bolts (E) with lock washers (F) and serrated washers (L) into the bottom of the bumper.

Torque Fasteners:
- Torque 3/8" bolts (E) to 35 Lb.-Ft.
- Torque the 12mm nuts (I) securing the center section (C) to 75 Lb.-Ft.
- Torque the 12mm bolts (D) in the frame brackets (A) and (B) to 75 Lb.-Ft.

Open the tailgate and remove the vehicle’s tail lights.
- Carefully pry the housings away from the vehicle, being cautious not to break the alignment tabs.

Locate the vehicle’s wiring harness attached to each tail light housing.
- The connectors will match the ends of the T-Connector adapter.

On the driver’s side, plug the T-Connector end with the yellow wire between the wiring connections.
- Ensure the T-Connector is fully inserted with the locking tabs in place.

Route the T-Connector harness:
- Pass the green wire and the 4-flat connector out through the hole between the bumper and the vehicle body.
- Route the green wire to the passenger side, avoiding any areas that could pinch or damage the wire.
- Repeat step 3 for the passenger side using the green wire.

Locate the ground stud in the driver’s side tail light pocket.
- Secure the T-Connector’s ring terminal to the stud using the provided nut.

Route the 4-flat connector to the center of the vehicle and secure the black box to the vehicle using the cable tie provided.
- Use additional cable ties to secure the remaining harness, avoiding any areas that might pinch or cut the wires.

Reinstall the tail lights.
Toyota T100:

Locate the vehicle’s taillight wiring harness near the rear frame.
- The harness will have connection points on both sides matching the T-Connector ends.

Separate the connections, being careful not to break the locking tabs.

On the driver’s side, plug the T-Connector end with the yellow wire between the connections.

- Clean the area of dirt and rustproofing.

Route the 4-flat connector to the center of the vehicle and secure the black box with a cable tie.
- Secure the remaining harness with cable ties.

- Drill with a 3/32" drill bit (for Toyota T100 grounding).
Testing and Final Steps:
