Wrench: 7/8"

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Install Carriage Bolts and Blocks:
- Using the pull wire procedure, insert the carriage bolts and blocks into the frame rail.
- Leave the pull wires attached.
Position the Hitch:
- Place the hitch beneath the frame rail as shown in the instructions.
Secure the Bolts:
- Use the pull wires to guide the carriage bolts through the attachment holes in the hitch.
- Remove the pull wires.
Attach Washers and Nuts:
- Install flat washers, lock washers, and hex nuts onto the bolts as shown.
Tighten Fasteners:
- Torque all 1/2"-13 GR8 fasteners to 110 Lb.-Ft. (149 N*M).

Safety Notes:

Do not cut access or attachment holes with a torch.
