Will this work on a police interceptor utility?.

Hi, Thank you for your question. Yes, the Draw-Tite hitch, part number 76034, will work with all Ford Explorer models from 2011 to 2019, including Police Interceptor versions. There is no drilling required, and the hitch is very easy to bolt on.
