Bolt-On Rack Jack Installation:
- Place the gear housing on the tongue and insert supplied bolts into the corresponding holes.
- Position the mounting bracket below the tongue, ensuring the flat surface is against it.
- Secure using locknuts and torque to 25 ft. lbs.
Bolt-On Mounting Bracket Instructions:
- Ensure the mounting hole pattern matches your tongue size. The gap between mounting bolts and tongue should not exceed 1/16".
