Step-by-Step Instructions:
Bolt-On Rack Jack Instructions:
- Place the gear housing on the tongue and insert the supplied bolts into the holes corresponding to the tongue width.
- Place the mounting bracket below the tongue with the flat surface against the tongue.
- Secure with locknuts and torque to 25 ft. lbs.
Bolt-On Mounting Bracket Instructions:
- Align the mounting bracket with the correct hole pattern for your tongue size. Ensure the gap between the mounting bolts and tongue does not exceed 1/16".
- Position the jack against the tongue and align the holes in the mounting bracket with the mounting straps.
- Insert 4 bolts through the mounting bracket and straps. Ensure the bolts rest appropriately on the tongue.
- Secure with locknuts, and torque to 25 ft. lbs.
- Check for clearance of the handle, trailer light cables, and coupler.
Snap Ring/Bolt-Thru Instructions:

- For a bolt-thru model, position the jack bracket into the recessed opening on the mount, place the bushing, and tighten the locknut until minimal movement is detected.
