Bolt-On Rack Jack Installation:
- Position the gear housing on the tongue and insert the supplied bolts into the appropriate holes.
- Place the mounting bracket beneath the tongue, ensuring the flat surface is against the tongue.
- Secure using locknuts and torque to 25 ft. lbs.
Snap Ring/Bolt-Thru Installation:
- For snap ring models, position the jack bracket over the mount and fully seat the snap ring in its groove.
- For bolt-thru models, insert the jack bracket into the recessed opening, align the bushing, and tighten the locknut until minimal movement remains.
A-Plate Mounting Instructions:
