Mounting Bracket Instructions:
- Determine a suitable mounting point on the tow vehicle for the connector or use an existing mount.
- Ensure the trailer's wire harness has adequate length to reach this point.
- Secure the mounting bracket to the rear of the tow vehicle or the plate attached to the hitch cross tube using the self-tapping screws provided.
- Caution: Avoid drilling into the hitch cross tube or any exposed surfaces to prevent damage or injury. Refer to the hitch owner's manual for recommendations and limitations.
Socket Instructions:
- Install the 7-Way Blade Socket onto the mounting bracket using the screws and nuts provided.
- Plug the OEM factory-equipped car end socket harness into the 7-Way Blade Car Socket as shown in the provided diagram.
