Lower Exhaust:
- Use an exhaust hanger removal tool to lower the exhaust muffler by removing the three rearmost rubber hangers.

Lower Spare Tire:
- Lower the spare tire according to the vehicle's owner's manual.

Reinstall Spare Tire and Exhaust:
- Raise the spare tire back into position.
- Reattach the exhaust using the rubber hangers removed earlier.
