Installation Instructions for 2021-Current Ford Bronco
Part Numbers:

- Ratchet
- Torque Wrench
- Safety Glasses
- Socket: 3/4"
Step-by-Step Instructions:

Install Hitch:
- Raise the hitch into position, aligning the slots in the hitch with the attachment holes in the bumper beam.
- Insert four 1/2" hex bolts with washers through the hitch and the holes in the bumper beam, starting from the vehicle’s forward side of the hitch to the rear.
- Secure with the 1/2" flange locknuts provided in the kit.

Torque Fasteners:
- Tighten all 1/2" GR5 fasteners to 75 ft-lbs (102 N*m) using a torque wrench.
Safety Notes:
- Periodically check the hitch to ensure all fasteners and the ball are securely tightened.
- If the hitch is removed, plug all holes in the trunk pan or body panels to prevent water and exhaust fumes from entering.
- Replace any damaged hitch or ball immediately.
- Observe all safety precautions when working beneath the vehicle, including wearing safety glasses.
- Do not cut access or attachment holes with a torch.
