Step-by-Step Instructions:

Remove Fascia Screws:
- Use a T15 Torxbit socket to remove two screws from the bottom edge of the fascia.
- Keep the screws for reinstallation.

Remove Existing M10 Nut/Washer Assembly:
- Using a 15 mm deep well socket, remove two M10 nut-washer assemblies (one per side) from the bottom of the bumper beam attachment.

Install Fasteners:
- Attach the 7/16” carriage bolt and ¼” spacer block to the coiled end of the pull wire.
- Feed the other end of the pull wire through the middle access hole and bring it out through the rearmost hole in the bottom of the frame.
- Pull the fasteners inside the vehicle frame on both sides. Keep spacer blocks and bolts inside the vehicle frame during hitch installation.

Install Hitch:
- Gently pull the fascia down and raise the hitch into position while guiding the pull wires through the bracket mounting forward holes.
- Push the hitch onto existing studs in the vehicle on both sides.
- Using the pull wire, pull carriage bolts and spacer blocks into position.
- Remove the pull wires and loosely install the 7/16 conical washers and 7/16-14 hex nuts onto the carriage bolts.
- Install the M10 nut-washer assembly onto the existing studs on the bumper beam/end panel.

Tighten Fasteners:
- Using a torque wrench, tighten all M10 fasteners to 38 lb-ft (52 Nm).
- Tighten all 7/16-14 GR5 fasteners to 50 lb-ft (68 Nm).
- Use a socket extension and crows foot to tighten the 7/16 nut on the driver side.

Reinstall Fascia Screws:
- Reinstall the fascia screws using a T15 Torxbit socket.
Hardware List:
- (2) Carriage Bolt 7/16-14 X 1.50 GR5
- (2) Spacer Block 1/4 X 7/8 X 3.00
- (2) Conical Washer 7/16
- (2) Hex Nut 7/16-14
- (2) Pull Wire 7/16
Safety Notes:
- Always wear safety glasses when installing the hitch.
- Ensure proper torque is applied to keep the hitch secure.
- Check the hitch frequently for proper tightness of fasteners and the ball.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Locate the Vehicle’s Trailer Harness Connector:
- The harness is located under the vehicle, behind the rear bumper, on the driver’s side.

Prepare the Connector:
- Remove the protective cap from the connector.
- Ensure the mating surfaces of the connectors are clean and free of dirt.
- Insert the 4-Pin Tow-Plug Adapter and lock it into place. Ensure connectors are fully inserted with locking tabs in place.

Secure the Wiring Harness:
- Use the provided cable ties to secure the remainder of the T-One® T-Connector harness.
- Avoid areas that could pinch, cut, or melt the wire.

Mount the 4-Flat End:
- Mount the 4-flat connector in an accessible location using a bracket or electrical box (not included).

Install the Relays:
- Open the rear hatch and locate the storage compartment on the driver’s side of the cargo area.
- Insert the relays as shown.
Warning: Only replace relays with the same terminal layout as the relays included with the kit.

Test the Installation:
- Verify all connections are complete using a test light or trailer.
- Reset the vehicle electrical system by temporarily removing the key from the ignition.
