Typically those trailers will use the standard 4 flat plug which is what our T One connectors offer. If you have an RV Fifth Wheel or any other large type of trailer you will us a 7 pin trailer plug to control your electric trailer brakes. Tekonsha offers 7 pin trailer connector as well. Simply do a search above to see if there is a 7 wire trailer wiring available for hooking up your 7 way. If there is not you can use part number 85343 trailer wiring adapter to convert any 4-Flat into a 7-Way. In addition you will use part number 20506 which will include the rest of wiring needed for electric brake controls. Works with factory led lights and where do you splice the wiring in?

Hi, thanks for your question. Yes, this trailer wiring kit works with LED taillights. Your 2014-2015 Chevy Camaro is a 2-wire system. The instructions for the Tekonsha part 119148 trailer wiring kit for your Camaro require you to determine if your vehicle is a 2-wire or 3-wire system before proceeding. You will follow the 2-wire instructions portion. The locations where you will splice the wires are behind your taillights. According to the install book, here are the two install locations: Position 1: Behind the driver side taillight - externally Position 2: Behind the passenger side taillight - externally Please consider a non-splice option.
